Full Body Scan
You will begin to notice your body laying on the bed.
Feel the sensations of your body that are present… scanning your body for any type of sensations: like tingling, pressure, heaviness, vibrations, coolness, movement, and heat.
Notice these Sensations without trying to make them different or change them… simply bringing mindful attention of openness and curiosity to the present moment.
If you begin to notice that you’re starting to think about the sensations or something else – see if you are able to come back to the sensations and feelings that are present in your body.
We can begin meditation by noticing the sensations at the top of your head and what you are feeling as it makes contact with your pillow or the bed.
And maybe a sense of weight or pressure.
You can even notice some other sensations.
Be curious about these sensations and feel them.
